ŷַ is a top college, according to newest ranking published this fall. According to Forbes’ description of ŷַ, the university’s dedication to students’ spiritual growth and professional development helped make it on the list of top colleges.

In addition to the top colleges list, ŷַ earned a mention on ǰ’ “Private Colleges” list, “Research Universities” list and “Colleges on the West Coast” list.

Forbes ranks colleges based on several categories: alumni salary, debt, graduation and retention rate, academic success and return on investment. Notably, ŷַ students are well-prepared for post-grad life, with 90% of students reporting finding employment or enrolling in graduate school within 6 months of graduation.

Forbes also highlighted ŷַ’s merit scholarships that assist students in paying tuition. Despite ŷַ being a private university in one of the most expensive markets in the country, 100% of undergraduates receive financial aid, with merit scholarships ranging up to $20,000 a year.

Student traditions like Mock Rock, a lip sync dance competition that students invest a semester of practice and time into are a part of the unique ŷַ experience. Forbes emphasized positive student outcomes connected to events like these in their ranking.

ŷַ has been acknowledged on other esteemed college ranking lists this fall, including The Princeton Review, “2024 Best Regional Colleges” list and U.S. News and World Report “Best National University Rankings” list.
