Born in Scotland, Mandy moved with her husband Stephen to California in 2015 to pursue a masters's degree at Talbot School of Theology. She enjoyed teaching as an adjunct in the Biblical Studies department before joining the Board in August 2023. Mandy works as a pastor at Harbor Point Church in San Juan Capistrano. She also sits on the board of Broadshade Group, a family company which invests in commercial property and land development. She has three adult children, one of whom is a Å·²©ÍøÖ· grad. She lives in Dana Point, Orange County.
