The Celebration of Student Writing (CSW) is an annual event hosted by the English Writing Program. Held outdoors on Å·²©ÍøÖ·'s campus, the CSW is a high-impact practice where students of all majors curate an immersive experience with a diverse array of mixed media exhibits, including interactive booths, readings, presentations, and art installations—each a product of current and local issues explored in their writing classes. Rooted in the writer-audience dynamic of meaning making where various perspectives converge, students are given a platform to share their ideas while the broader community is invited to actively participate and provide valuable feedback on the pressing issues under discussion.
